June is the month of legumes and with the Cooperativa Nuovo Cilento we discover together the main characteristics and uniqueness of local legumes such as Cicerale chickpeas, Controne beans, cicerchie, maracuoccio and many other excellences with which we prepare some of the tastiest and most representative dishes of Cilento cuisine.
