In November, the Nuovo Cilento Cooperative celebrates the new oil campaign with an event full of meetings and workshops dedicated to extra virgin olive oil, its production and the thousand uses in the kitchen and in everyday life. The village of San Mauro Cilento is framed by its ancient oil mills still perfectly preserved, the history of a territory that meets the innovation of the Cooperative.
