Tree symbol of Cilento from which the delicious extra virgin olive oil is born, the basis of the Mediterranean Diet and focal point of the work and agricultural experimentation of our cooperative.
The olive tree needs attention and care during the year in order to have a product of ever higher quality.

In February, together with us of the Nuovo Cilento Cooperative, we learn together the scientific methods, times and activities to be carried out in the “rest times”, such as the art and technique of polyconic pot pruning that guarantees the plant a healthy and strong growth, an innovative and functional methodology for a cultivation of the highest quality.
