Ancient practices of recycling agricultural waste and modern ecological techniques now allow agriculture to improve production by eliminating the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. A powerful ally of a good agricultural soil is the organic compost obtained from the processing waste of olive milling, integrated with worm farming and scientific experimentation.
