Senatore Cappelli, Risciola, Carosella, Saragolla: these and many other varieties of local grains recovered from the hard work of the members of the Nuovo Cilento Cooperative and cultivated throughout the area of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park.

A hard work of years that has allowed us to recover native seeds and recreate a large economic and social community.

In July we learn together the difference between the types of grains, stone milling, the use in the kitchen of different flours by resuming the craftsmanship and the creation of healthy and good products.
