The Al Frantoio Restaurant is the gastronomic laboratory and beating heart of the Cooperativa Agricola Nuovo Cilento. We research and propose the recipes of the ancient Cilento cuisine, prepared with the genuine products of local biodiversity following the values of the Mediterranean diet.

Since 2000 we have been working to offer traditional dishes prepared with healthy and genuine ingredients and processed by the wise and somewhat magical hands of the women and men of this land.
