Delicious ancient grain cookies with cocoa and pistachio nuts, produced by “La Petrosa” Farm.

Ingredients: Gentilrosso semintegral wheat flour, sugar, EVO oil, eggs, bitter cocoa (6 percent), pistachio (3 percent).
