Pasta from the “Pier delle Vigne” farm in San Mauro Cilento is made from stone-ground Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina grown by the same farm in the heart of Cilento.
It is processed in a specialized pasta factory in the area by bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures. Cooking 8/10 minutes.
