Processing: The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the vineyard and immediately sent for crushing. Fermentation is in wood at controlled temperature. Maturation: 12 months in French oak tonneaux. Aging: 3 months in bottle. Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Elegant, spicy with hints of vanilla. Taste: Dry and harmonious. Serving temperatures: 16 – 18° C. Pairings: White and red meats and cheeses of all kinds.
