Grapes: Fiano 65% Trebbiano 20% Malvasia bianca 15%. Provenance: vineyard in Agropoli and Torchiara. Exposure: South, southwest.
Processing: The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the vineyard and immediately sent for crushing. Fermentation is in steel at controlled temperature.
Maturation: In steel for 4 months. Aging: 2 months in bottle.
Color: Straw yellow with golden reflexes.
Bouquet: Delicate, foreale, with hints of citrus.
Taste: Soft lingering, well-structured, matures well over time. Serving temperatures: 10 – 12° C. Pairings: Fish, white meats and creamy cheeses.
